Hi, I’m Luka

I mostly do tech stuff, like:

• Software development
  

  A few years ago I started learning Python and I usually used it to create some automation scripts that I needed, after that I focused on web development and started learning Django to make a forum-like web app - Iskra. During this time I also learned HTML, CSS and some Javascript too. I am currently learning C/C++.

• System administration
  

  I host a few servers at home for development, file storing, networking and web hosting. In fact, it is hosting this website you are on right now. They all run linux and some also run docker containers

• Databases
  

  I worked on SQL databases, such as Microsoft Access, SQLite, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server. I am mostly familiar with SQLite, because I used it on my Iskra project

• Computer Networking
  

  I know a lot a of computer networking concepts. I started being interested in networking in 2022 and since then I have learned a lot. I own a Mikrotik router at home that I set up from scratch. During my networking journey I configured: firewall and NAT rules, bridging, DNS, DHCP, VPN tunnels and many other things.

I also have a lot of interests in multimedia production, such as:

• Video editing
  

  Around 2014, I started editing in Sony Vegas Pro for a Youtube channel i ran at that time, after some time I switched to Adobe Premiere Pro, and recently I made a switch to DaVinci Resolve.

• Music production
  

  I started making music in FL Studio in 2016 and still do a bit today, this also helped me learn some basic music theory. Back when I started, I solely made trap/rap tracks, but I gradually started making other generes like tech house, drum and bass and other EDM based generes

• Photography
  

  I take photos with my Canon EOS 90D DSLR, edit them using Adobe Lightroom and some get posted on my Instagram profile.

• Logo design
  

  I sometimes make logos for fun in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. They are usually of minimalistic design. Naturally, I also designed the logo for this site as well.
